This work has been prepared to address the organisational inequity in the conventional retail banking sector in order to raise the motivation and improve the productivity of the employees in such important sector. The work offers a good number of practical motivational and participative strategies to the leaders in the conventional retail banking sector to enable them to establish a practical and productive working environment.

Dr. Jamal Hijres is a professional banker with an extensive experience of 37 years in the Conventional Retail Banking and Islamic Investment Banking. He worked in BBK, the largest conventional retail banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain, for many years and assumed different leading positions.
